Sheraton Xiamen Hotel, Xiamen

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and in good condition, but the presence of a cockroach dampened my experience. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, yet falling slightly short of Sheraton standards. The location was convenient, although the surrounding construction was a downside. The dining was a hit or miss, with some dishes meeting expectations while others fell short. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel is centrally located in Xiamen, close to a metro station and an array of street food options. The rooms were a bit crowded and not impressive; however, they were quiet and comfortable. We had the unexpected company of a cockroach in the bathroom, but housekeeping promptly took care of it. Having a full fridge was convenient, but the room size was standard.
